(Pinal County Sheriff's Office Photo) (Pinal County Sheriff's Office Photo) PHOENIX — A 21-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail on four counts of 1st degree murder. The Pinal County Sheriff's Office received a 'frantic' call from a home near Rosemead Drive and Bel Air Road outside Casa Grande at around 1:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon, authorities said. When officers arrived, they discovered Richard Wilson on scene with four family members who had been allegedly murdered. The victims identified as 47-year-old Richard Wilson, the suspect's father; 50-year-old Ellen Otterman, the suspect's mother; 16-year-old Rudy Wilson, the suspect's sister and 5-year-old Renaya White, the suspect's niece.
