ROSEMEAD, Calif. (AP) _ Edison International (EIX) on Tuesday reported a loss of $74 million in its third quarter. The Rosemead, California-based company said it had a loss of 33 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.48 per share. The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of $1.48 per share. The electric power provider posted revenue of $5.23 billion in the period, topping Street forecasts.
